Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and other involved parties press the button to launch the B2B e-commerce platform for Vietnam-US trade, August 8, 2025.

The platform serves as a hybrid between a virtual exhibition and a cross-border marketplace, incorporating digital technologies, data traceability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) evaluation.

The key now is how to tap into this platform effectively and promote it internationally, said Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. “We’re heading in the right direction by coordinating domestic government bodies with Vietnam’s diplomatic and trade missions abroad.”

This approach, he said, enables faster, more efficient promotion and outreach, helping to build trust among consumers and importers.
