The festival has set up replicas of villages associated with Hanoi food specialties like Pho, steamed rice pancake rolls, green young rice flakes, glutinous rice cakes, and pork pies. 20 booths sell food typical of Hanoi beside craft products created by local artisans and a photo exhibit on “Hanoi then and now”.
