A press conference announces the organization of the 10th Festival of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Vinh Phuc province.

At festival, artisans, artists, and people will exchange experience in preserving and promoting the cultural identities of the peoples in the Northeast region in the era of renovation and integration, as well as promoting national unity. The program includes art performances and a fashion show, ceremonial rituals, and will also highlight cuisine, and sporting events. The festival will take place from November 2 to 4.
