The event provided an important platform for dialogue between policymakers and farmers, receiving more than 1,000 petitions and recommendations. Discussions focused on key issues, including institutional reform and administrative simplification, mobilizing resources and improving production organization. It also aimed to accelerate the application of science, technology, and digital transformation, and establishing criteria for “Digital Farmers, Green Farmers, and Responsible Farmers.”

Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang said, “We are listening and collecting all opinions from farmers, which will be turned into practical policy solutions that unlock the full potential of farmers and the rural private economy. We will work closely with the Vietnam Farmers’ Union to develop professional, digital, and green farmers, while cooperating with businesses, cooperatives, scientists, and local authorities to promote multi-sector linkages and sustainable agricultural development.”
