The events included exhibitions, displays, book launch and introduction of an AR (augmented reality) experience that connects history and the modern world.
According to the organizers, the activities honor and express gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh and generations of predecessors who fought for peace, as well as to celebrate the values of peace, independence, solidarity, and friendship among nations.
"I am always overwhelmed with emotion, especially when I think of President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted his entire life to seeking independence and freedom for Vietnam, and to enabling our nation to stand shoulder to shoulder with others," a participant said.
"At the exhibition, I was able to review history and the examples set by our national heroes and leaders. In the near future, we will undertake peacekeeping missions. Therefore, we will bring with us the spirit, responsibility, and fine traditions of the Vietnamese People’s Army to other countries and share Vietnamese culture abroad," said another.
