(VOVworld) - The United States, the European Union, Russia and Ukraine will meet at ministerial level next week to discuss the Ukraine crisis.

The meeting will involve U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andriy Deshchytsia. Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Mr. Lavrov and Ms. Ashton will have phone talks on international effort to seek for a solution to Ukraine crisis. Lavrov reaffirmed Russia’s proposal on an open dialogue with the participation of all political forces in Ukraine to reach an agreement on Constitution reform. An EU diplomat said the EU plans to set up a special support group to help Ukraine stabilize its precarious economy and political situation. On the same day, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov rejected US’s accusation of Russia of causing disorder in Ukraine. He stressed that Ukraine situation will be improved if the benefits of Russian speaking community there are accounted.
