(VOVworld) - President of the European Council Donal Tusk received credential from Vietnamese Ambassador Vuong Thua Phong in Brussels this week.

Speaking at the ceremony, the ambassador praised the role by the EU as the 2nd largest trade partner in Vietnam and its largest export market. The EU has been top investment and development partner with the biggest supply of development aid to Vietnam. President Donald Tusk said the EU always respect further cooperation with Vietnam and expected an early finalization of a free trade agreement with Vietnam.
