(VOVworld)- The Vietnam Women’s Academy organized a workshop on enhancing women’s empowerment in industrialization and modernization in Hanoi on Monday.  Participants agreed on the need to create more opportunities for women to access resources. Nguyen Huu Dung, Director of the Institute for Social Security and Integrated Development, says: “Woman empowerment can be institutionalized with the help of mechanisms, policies and political commitment. Women need to have more chances to access development resources and use them effectively”.
