The Directive underscores the need to further expand and deepen relations and interweave economic benefits with partners, improve the quality and efficiency of international economic integration, and continue to diversify markets and partners, avoiding dependence on a single market or one partner.
The Directive calls for improving forecasting capacity, providing more strategic advice on the international economy, promoting training, enhancing political spirit and qualifications for officials engaged in foreign affairs and economic diplomacy, and improving the effectiveness of state management of economic diplomacy activities.
