National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu

In his address, NA Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu said the rearrangement and merging should be carried out in a way that ensures social security and order, people’s production, and unity and avoid waste. Mr. Luu said: “ It’s a complicated task because it will affect thousands of people and we can not satisfy everyone. But we should look at advantages of merging to work out prompt policies and concrete steps. We should learn experience to fulfill the task.”
