(VOVworld) - The week long tourism and cultural festival in Dien Bien has ended with a carnival of a dozen of flower vehicles in parade. This march displays the local cultural and tourism potential as part of Dien Bien Phu victory celebration, as the provincial people’s committee chairman Mua A Son said: “This event aims to promote tourism products in Dien Bien and the north west. The festival of Ban Flower will be a unique tourism products in Dien Bien and the North West and promote regional connectivity.”
