(VOVworld)-Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has praised the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies’ contributions to poverty reduction, socio-economic development, political stability, and social security. At a meeting with the Bank in Hanoi on Thursday, Hue asked the Bank’s Board of Chairmen and its General Director to harmonize the state and market factors in regulating banking activities. He suggested that the bank reform its activities and ways of thinking, review its mechanism and promote self-reliance and self-accountability.
