(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan says Vietnamese creates the best possible conditions for Vietnamese PhD graduates to return home to contribute to their homeland. Nhan was speaking at a reception for  Isaac Silvera, Chairman of the Board of Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) of the US in Hanoi on Friday. The Deputy Prime Minister said he hopes that VEF will continue to help in Vietnam’s educational development. Silvera reiterated that the fund has instigated initiatives to encourage PhD postgraduates in the US to go to Vietnam for work. VEF will provide each person with 2,000 USD in the first 5 years and 10,000 USD in the years to come as necessary conditions for working in Vietnam.
