(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh is leading a Vietnamese delegation to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland from January 21 to 24.
He will attend and speak at discussions concerning ASEAN, global food security, geopolitical prospects and needs and trends in 2015. He will hold talks with corporate leaders attending the forum and meet with leaders from a number of international organizations. Themed “The new global context”, this year’s forum will discuss the new context of the global economy, regional and global geopolitics, and other global issues including climate change, food security, and business issues such as risks, connectivity, and innovations. According to the organizing board, there will be more than 200 discussions and workshops, 22 of which will be televised live.
