(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh has informed voters in Quang Ninh province about major outcomes of the year-end National Assembly session which ended last month. He told voters in Dam Ha district that despite positive economic progress this year, public debt remained high with complicated security and order situations. He emphasized changes once the ASEAN Economic Community is established. Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh: “National sovereignty and territorial integrity have been assured, especially in the northern border to secure peace and stability. We have signed an agreement with China on navigation at the mouth of the Bac Luan River to ensure better border management.”
