(VOVworld) – On Tuesday Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended Ninh Thuan province’s 4^th patriotic emulation congress. He called on the provincial authorities to continue to follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on patriotic emulation as well as closely abide by the Party and State policies on emulations and commendations. He said each emulation campaign should identify its specific and feasible goals and tasks with the heads of units and agencies held responsible for the quality of those agencies and units’ emulation campaigns. He stressed that emulation campaigns must fulfill political tasks while addressing the public’s legitimate aspirations and wishes.
