Addressing a teleconference on Thursday to review the six-month implementation of financial-budgetary tasks, the Deputy PM asked that the Ministry of Finance coordinate with relevant ministries and local authorities to better manage state budget revenue and expenditures, and clear institutional and procedural obstacles.
“We need to focus on removing barriers to production and business; cutting unnecessary administrative procedures, especially for taxation; proposing amendments and completing legal documents to remove investment obstacles; and mobilizing resources for Vietnam’s sustainable development," Mr. Khai said.
"The legal framework for digital economy development, digital transformation, and e-commerce should soon be completed. Application of information technology and digitization of providing public services, and administrative procedures should be expanded,” he added.
