At a meeting in Hanoi on power delegation for industrial park infrastructure investment projects and drafting a Law on Industrial Parks and Economic Zones, Ha underscored the need for a comprehensive legal corridor to manage all types of industrial parks and economic zones, remove difficulties and obstacles, implement policies, guidelines, and strategies for national socio-economic development in each period, and institutionalize preferential administrative procedures, taxes, and land policies for enterprises and investors.
The Deputy PM asked the Ministry of Planning and Investment to evaluate and summarize the process of building and managing industrial parks and economic zones, and refer to successful foreign models for using IT to manage industrial parks and economic zones and handle administrative procedures.
