 Addressing the function, Tran Quoc Vuong, the standing member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat and head of the Central Inspection Committee, said Mr. Linh was a great personality and model communist who devoted his life to the nation and people. He was a leader with strength and creativeness, and an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh. He lived a simple life, always listened to people’s opinions, and understood people’s difficulties.

Over the past 15 years, the complex has become a destination to educate the patriotic tradition. Coming to this place, each of us can better understand Party leader Nguyen Van Linh and try to follow him, especially for the national renewal process that he helped initiate. The certificate once again has reiterated the great value of this historical relic.”
