Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thu, Secretary of the Party cell and head of residential group 6A, said: "Looking toward the 14th National Party Congress, we have launched a movement to build a cultured lifestyle in the community. We have hung flags along the streets and encouraged residents to make village lanes green, clean, and beautiful to celebrate the Party Congress. Local people are excited and hope the Congress will be successful and bring greater benefits to the people."

Mr. Dang Gia Duan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ea Kao ward, Đak Lak province, said: "The Congress will discuss important issues, and we hope greater attention will be paid to officials at the commune and ward level. Whether they are long-serving local officials or transferred from the provincial or district level, I believe every cadre has a strong wish for their locality to develop. Fanning that aspiration requires strong momentum and appropriate mechanisms, encouraging creativity linked with decentralization and delegation of authority, so officials can propose mechanisms and policies to drive local development."
