There has been optimistic development in India as the infection rates in big cities drop. Some pandemic prevention measures have been eased.

Tovar da Silva Nunes, Brazilian Ambassador in Russia, said Brazil plans to produce 8 million Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine doses each month. He said vaccine has started to be manufactured in Brazil and will be exported to Latin American countries.
