The pandemic has spread to 210 countries and territories. About 570,000 people have recovered.

The US remains the epicenter of the epidemic with nearly 710,000 infected cases and 37,000 deaths. It’s followed by Spain, Italy, and France.

Last week there were a 51% increase in the number of reported cases and a 60% increase in the number of reported deaths in Africa.
