(VOVworld) – On Thursday State President Truong Tan Sang extended his message of congratulations to British Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of Her Majesty’s birthday.

The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung sent congratulations to his British counterpart David Cameron.

Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his congratulatory message to British Foreign Minister Philip Hammond.
