Jointly held by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s HCMC branch (VCCI HCM) and India’s Rourkela Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), the event drew leading Indian firms operating in such diverse fields as steel, coal, IT, electronics, industrial machines, building materials, transportation, and tourism.

The businesses were updated with information on the current business climate as well as developing policies in economics and trade ties between Vietnam and India.

Two-way trade hit more than 14 billion USD last year. India has registered some 1 billion USD in more than 400 projects in Vietnam, mainly in renewable energy, shipping and IT.
