(VOVworld) - 4,000 artists and youth union members participated in a concert gala in Hanoi on Monday, as part of activities to mark the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnamese National Day.

The concert entitled “Proud of my fatherland” featured songs in praise of the national revolution and love for the home country. It aimed to inspire patriotism and encourage youth to continually work for global integration while projecting maritime and island sovereignty.

The show replicated Vietnam’s history through the image of Vietnamese Mothers and Fatherland and described a new Vietnam with young and enthusiastic people.
