During his visit, Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong, President Truong Tan Sang, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at Vietnam’s National Assembly and met with Vietnamese and Chinese youth. During talks with the Chinese top leader, Vietnamese leaders said Vietnam is ready to work with China to deepen the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized that China will work with Vietnam to promote Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic partnership.
On this occasion, Vietnam and China issued a joint statement and signed a number of cooperative agreements.
