From July 28 to August 22, Pacific Construction Group (CPCG), one of China’s and the world’s top 500 construction companies, explored investment opportunities in provinces including Thanh Hoa, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Dien Bien, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, and Hung Yen.

CPCG founder Yan Jiehe said the group currently operates projects in 17 northern provinces and plans to expand southward from October. He said:  "I once told the Prime Minister of Vietnam that within the next 15 years, Vietnam’s position in Asia would be just behind China, the largest economy, and Japan, the second largest. There is no doubt about this. In the future, Asia will lead the world in GDP growth, and Vietnam will be at the forefront over the next 20 years. I have long been optimistic about this, and I believe the Vietnamese people are ready. We want to invest in and help build Vietnam as our second home."

Similarly, Huatie Design Group (CDG), active in Vietnam since 2024, has launched projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Lang Son, and Thai Nguyen. In August, CDG signed a strategic partnership with Deo Ca Group. Vice Chairman Fan Dongtao praised Vietnam’s rapid development, saying the gap with China has narrowed much faster than expected, and emphasized the optimism and vitality of the Vietnamese people.
