(VOVworld) – The Chinese Embassy in Vietnam hosted a reception marking the 66th founding anniversary of the People’s Republic of China on Tuesday.

Attending the event, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh congratulated the Chinese people on their achievements over the past 66 years and expressed his belief that they will achieve even more in the future. Vinh said the Vietnamese Party, Government, and people always attach importance to strengthening and enhancing Vietnam’s traditional relationship with China for mutual benefit and regional and international peace, security, and development.
Chinese Ambassador Hong Xiaoyong underscored the growing bilateral relations built by the two countries’ efforts and hoped for a broader, more comprehensive strategic partnership in the near future.
