He asked the renewal process required more robust reform in theoretical thinking and work. This required the Council to review reality to develop breakthrough solutions while reflecting on research by universities, institutes and sectors. The Council should cooperate more and improve joint theoretical work with ruling Communist Parties and other Parties in the world to selectively learn the finest of world theory for Vietnam’s reference.
