Speaking at the event, Politburo member, Party Secretary and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education Dinh The Huynh chaired the meeting. He urged the delegates to review the 2011-2015 Political Theoretical Research Program and lessons learned as well as its contributions to the compilation of resolutions from the Party Central Committee, the Political Bureau and documents form the 12^th Party Congress.  The delegates also discussed targets and directions for political theoretical research for the 2016-2020 period.
