(VOVworld)- Ca Mau province on Monday held a meeting to mark the 40th anniversary of southern liberation and national reunification. In his address, Le Hong Anh, Politburo member and Standing Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat expressed his belief that Ca Mau province would uphold its tradition to boost local sustainable development.

On the same day, a meeting to mark the occasion took place in An Giang province. Attending the event, Dinh The Huynh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education urged An Giang’s authorities and people to exert further efforts towards sustainable growth.
Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang also attended a similar meeting in Dong Thap province.
