The highlight of the 5-day event involves world-class chefs using Vietnamese ingredients to make their country’s typical dishes.
President of the World Association of Chefs’Societies Thomas Andeas Gugler will select a chef to represent each nation in demonstrating cooking skills each night. Visitors are also treated to central Vietnam’s signature dishes, a street art show, and a food carnival.
