Mr. Champagne told reporters in the Latvian capital Riga that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Canada would be happy to sit down at the table with the US. Mr. Champagne said NAFTA, which involves the US, Canada, and Mexico, has once before been revised. He added that e-commerce did not even exist when it was last amended and there are a number of things they could look at.
