Representatives from Can Tho city and American businesses signed memorandums of understanding

At a trade promotion forum, Secretary of the Can Tho Municipal Party Committee Tran Quoc Trung introduced the city’s advantages and incentive policies to foreign investors. Michael Schwars, Director of Virginia Seafood Agricultural Research and Extension Center, said that Can Tho city has great business potentials for foreign investors. It’s an impressive and friendly city for businesses, Schwars said.
