(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese businesses need to uphold national pride and business ethics and aspire to create prosperity for themselves and the country, said Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan at a meeting with delegates attending the 4th National Congress of Vietnamese SMEs.

She said she hopes Vietnamese businesses in general and SMEs in particular continue to be vanguards on the economic front and grow strongly to adapt to global trends and improve their competitive edge globally. She expressed her hope that a value system of Vietnamese businesses with a code of conduct for corporate culture and corporate social responsibility will be developed.
