At the celebration of the UN Day of Vesak in Hanoi, Ambassador Arya expressed his hope that through the event, the basic teachings of Buddhism will be spread, directing people to good values, helping them perfect themselves to live a better life, and consolidating the Vietnam-India comprehensive strategic partnership.
