(VOVWORLD) - The Dien Bien Provincial People’s Committee is installing a system of LED screens for the public to view celebrations of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory.

15 high-quality LED screens have been installed in May 7 Square, Him Lam Square, and at Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument in Dien Bien Phu City where marches and parades will take place on May 7.
