The King asked Quang Ninh province to create favorable conditions for Belgian enterprises to have opportunities to cooperate and invest, especially in logistics and seaport development.

Quang Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Vu Dai Thang said that the province wishes to expand the practical cooperation with localities and partners in Belgium, especially in areas of Belgium's strengths such as manufacturing and processing, pharmaceutical industry, automobile, construction of specialized technology complexes, and industrial park infrastructure.

The same day, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde attended the opening ceremony of the DEEP C Service Complex, a system of industrial zones and seaports developed and operated by a Belgian investor, at Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park, Quang Yen town.
