The number of visitors is on the rise because the craft of pottery making of the Cham ethnic group has been recognized as national intangible heritage. The Cooperatives has 30 households comprising 150 pottery makers, who want their traditional craft to be promoted. Phu Huu Minh Thuan, Director of Bau Truc Pottery Cooperatives, said: “Villagers are now developing pottery craft towards tourism orientation. So environmental protection is paid special attention. There will be pottery making activities for tourists."
