The Ministry of Industry and Trade reported that Vietnam’s total trade turnover in the first nine months of 2025 was estimated at over 680 billion USD, up 17.3% year-on-year.
The Autumn Fair provides a timely opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to sign new production contracts and expand trade activities toward achieving their annual targets.
“I brought several enterprises, including those with over 70 years of business experience, to Vietnam to explore opportunities in agricultural and industrial products. They are seeking partnerships with domestic firms to expand investment and establish factories in Vietnam. After visiting the exhibition, I was impressed by Vietnamese products, especially agricultural goods with attractive packaging and good quality,” said Phung Van Thanh, former Trade Counselor at the Vietnam Trade Office in the Philippines.

As part of the fair, a delegation of more than 20 New Zealand businesses, led by the ASEAN-New Zealand Business Council (ANZBC), worked with Vietnamese partners to seek cooperation opportunities.
Liz Bell, Executive Director of ANZBC, suggested that the two sides strengthen collaboration in human resource training in technology, engineering, and modern agriculture to build sustainable value chains.
According to Vietnam Customs, two-way trade between Vietnam and New Zealand reached more than 1.1 billion USD in the first nine months of this year.
Vietnam’s key exports include phones, computers, textiles, and footwear, while New Zealand’s strengths lie in agricultural products, dairy, and food processing technology.
