Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, said the declaration reiterates commitments by ASEAN leaders to build a human-centered ASEAN community and develop human resources through close cooperation in education and lifelong learning.

“The roadmap aims to realize the ASEAN declaration through national and regional strategies and instructions for plan making, deployment, monitoring, and analysis,” said Cuong.

The roadmap is expected to be adopted at the 37^th ASEAN Summit in November.
