Head of the Permanent Delegation of Vietnam to the United Nations Dang Dinh Quy made the statement during the 23rd meeting of the UN’s 73rd session on New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) on Friday. The meeting was chaired by Head of the UN General Assembly Maria Fernanda Espinosa and participated by representatives of 193 countries.
