The event will take place at the historic flagpole on the northern bank of Hien Luong Bridge in Vinh Linh District. It will introduce attractive destinations for tourists to learn about history, connect people from inside and outside the country, and together look back to the past and towards a peaceful and beautiful future. 

The program will begin with a ceremony, followed by a meticulously staged art program, with tailor-made sound design and lighting. Audiences will be told emotional and detailed stories on the legendary 17th Parallel and aspirations for peace of future generations.
