Speaking at a conference hosted by the Defense Ministry on Tuesday, the Party General Secretary stressed that the Army should be absolutely loyal and consistent to the path to socialism. Mr. Trong added that in 2017, the Army should exert an all-out effort to effectively implement the national defense strategy.
