Dang Thuy Ha, Head of Northern Region Strategic Business and People Advisor of Talentnet, said that technology—particularly generative AI— is transforming the core tasks of most professions, calling on Vietnamese enterprises to redesign their operating models and human resource strategies.

"At present, many businesses have already integrated AI into their daily operations. The first and most critical issue is mindset—particularly ensuring that leadership teams fully understand the changes and provide clear strategic direction. A well-defined transformation roadmap can help ease employees’ concerns about job displacement caused by AI. This is also a timely moment to revisit corporate strategy, renew management thinking, and redesign operating models—changes that will shape how organizations function and help build a corporate culture aligned with the digital era," said Ms. Dang Thuy Ha.

The event announced the Top 500 Value-Creating Enterprises in Vietnam; the Top 10 Value-Creating Enterprises by Industry; the Top 500 Leading Employers in Vietnam; the Top 50 Most Popular Employers; and the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Vietnam.
