(VOVworld) – The Vietnam-Japan Sponsoring Association for Children worked with Ben Tre province on Tuesday to establish a support center and early medical intervention for disabled children.

The center’s major functions include educating and providing vocational training to disabled children, and working with the children’s families to obtain early intervention and consultation services. The Association will help provincial authorities train staff to work directly with the children.
To mark the 53rd anniversary of the AO/dioxin tragedy in Vietnam, the AO/dioxin victims association of Nam Dinh province and its sponsors visited and presented gifts to AO victims living in the province.
