The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism told a press conference in Hanoi on Wednesday that it will hold events at the central to local level to review and further promote the Outline’s values.
Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong said that the Outline of Vietnamese Culture was made public in 1943. Since then its viewpoints have been analyzed and applied. Cultural achievements today are based on the perspectives of the Outline.
The teleconference connecting all 63 provinces and cities is scheduled on February 27 to analyze the Outline’s theoretical and realistic values as the foundation and motivation for national development in the new period.
