The campaign, initiated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, embodies the Vietnamese tradition of haves helping have-nots and the motto “no one left behind”. Its activities will raise donations from the community to, together with the state budget, help the poor survive difficulties and escape from poverty.

Local branches of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will give needy people food, seedlings, breeding animal, home repair materials, online learning equipment, and warm clothes.
