The programs serve social economic development in ethnic and mountainous region, sustainable poverty reduction and new rural area building. The Deputy Prime Minister called for early issuance of criterion for budgeting and necessary legal framework in March to ensure efficient implementation of the programs.  

“The three national target programs capture the interest of voters nationwide and the National Assembly. Ministries should boost cooperation and prepare for early drafting of guiding circulars for efficient implementation of the programs,” Mr. Minh said.
