760 Vietnamese citizens brought home from abroad

(VOVWORLD) - Some 760 Vietnamese citizens from across the globe were brought home safely aboard Vietnam Airlines and Qatar Airways flights  Tuesday and Wednesday. They were repatriated from Australia, Europe, America and Africa.

The passengers included children under 18 years old, the elderly, pregnant women, workers with expired visas, people with underlying illnesses, and those in disadvantaged circumstances.

After their planes landed at Can Tho international airport or Tan Son Nhat international airport, all passengers and crew members received medical check-ups and were sent to quarantine in line with regulations upon arrival.
